We can provide you with everything you need to implement a high quality, cost effective aftercare program at your funeral home.  Several options are available to you.

Option One:
Purchase The Family Care Series™ to give your families at the time of need.  We have informational inserts that you can download from our website to give your families along with the set of books.

Option Two: 
Participate in our mailing program.  For a nominal additional charge, we will mail the books to your families during the first year, at 1, 3, 6, & 11 months after the death.  All of the mailing envelopes will include an imprint customized for your funeral home.  We do all the work on your behalf.  There is no upfront cost.  We will bill you for the number of families that you submit during the month.  It is that simple. 

Option Three:
Provide The Family Care Aftercare Program-A Complete Turnkey Program
This is a complete aftercare solution for your business.  The Family Care Aftercare Program is the highest level of service that you can provide to your families after their loss.  We will mail the four books on schedule.  Each mailing includes a custom letter naming you as the provider of the program.  All of the mailing envelopes will include an imprint customized for your funeral home.  Additionally, this program includes unlimited toll free telephone support.  Your family will be encouraged, four times throughout the year, to use the toll free service to access support, understanding and referrals to local resources in their community.  It does not get any easier than this.  You will not find a more valuable, high quality, caring program anywhere.  We strive to provide the highest quality support services, resources and customer service to all of our families and funeral home partners.  It is our belief that you will not be disappointed with this complete aftercare program.  There is one fee per family subscription.  Your families can access the toll free support for as long as there is a need because many people find the "second year" of grief to be equally difficult.  We will also provide follow up phone calls at your family’s request at no additional charge.  

Option Four:
Add on to the above programs. 
In addition to any of the above choices, you are welcome to add the holiday book or holiday card.  The holiday book will be mailed by the 15th of November.  The holiday card will be mailed by the 10th of December.  We also have a first anniversary of the death remembrance card. This card will be mailed approximately three weeks prior to the one year anniversary of the death. All of our cards are available to purchase in packs of 8 or 10 with envelopes.  We would also be happy to create a custom card for your exclusive use.  Please call to discuss your needs and we will provide you with a printing quote.  Most of our resources are eligible for a discount in quantities exceeding 100.
