Aftercare "How Do I Get Started"

Preneed and Aftercare Outreach Program Pricing from just $10.00 per family.  Please call for details. 
The following steps must be taken to begin providing an Aftercare Program for the families that you serve.
1.  Complete & submit  the New Customer sign up form. When we receive your completed form we will email your unique customer number to you.  This number will need to be included with each beneficiary subscription you submit.
2.  Submit your beneficiary subscription requests. To do so, click on the Beneficiary Submissions Form.  You can bookmark this link to access the form for continued use,  or download the Beneficiary Activation Spreadsheet to use for submitting multiple subscriptions at one time.  You will need to create a log in that you will use to access documents that are only available to our clients.  When we receive your request for a log-in, we will contact you.  Your log-in will allow you to obtain the documents that you may need for your families.
3.  Download "A Funeral Directors Gift To The Living"  or The Family Care Insert document.  You can print these documents on your company letterhead and provide either or both to your families at the time of need.
Once you complete these three simple steps, you are ready to begin submitting your family subscriptions.
