books that are returned to your funeral home:
You may have a book returned undeliverable with a yellow sticker
attached. (See Sample) Please know that the correct postage was affixed to the mail piece. The "postage
due" is the rate that is charged if the mail piece is returned to sender. There is a USPS mandatory endorsement
on each mail piece the reads, "RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED". You will need to re-mail the book at the regular
rate, which is now .85c. Please send us a change of address request as soon as you receive a returned book. We
will make the correction immediately. Depending on where in the mail cycle the beneficiary is, another book may be processed
already. If this is the case, you may receive a second book after you have made the change. We will , to the best
of our abilitly, make sure that all subsequent books be mailed to the corrected address. Thank you for your understanding.
